The Client
Starr Mechanical, Inc. is HVAC/mechanical contracting company in Orlando, FL that installs, services, and maintains all makes and models of air conditioning, boilers, chillers, refrigeration and exhaust systems for commercial and industrial projects. Notable clients include FedEx, Universal Orlando, The City of Orlando, and The Ritz Carlton. Starr wanted a modern, mobile-responsive website that would showcase the company’s work and services.
The Solution
In creating their WordPress website, I drew from colors already in Starr Mechanical’s existing branding. The site architecture was developed that showed the company’s work, with pages such as Services, Projects, and Clients. The copy for the main pages was researched and written by our SEO copywriter, and then uploaded to the site (along with SEO title and description tags). The site’s GTMetrix score went from a C rating to an A, and now passes Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test.
